INDUSTRIAL SCHOLARSHIP

I’m curious about how people navigate complex socio-technical systems. As a criminology and public safety scholar, I explore how justice concepts play out in real-world operations. My qualitative research focuses on human factors, perceptual fairness, responsivity, and generally, how organizations shape human experience.

I ask questions like how do systems influence behaviour? And where do barriers to fairness emerge? Through this work, I aim to uncover insights that lead to more accountable social structures. If you're curious about these questions too, drop me a line.

I help people and organizations craft narratives that inspire change and spark insightful solutions.
