I’m curious about how people navigate complex socio-technical systems. As a criminology and public safety scholar, I explore how justice concepts play out in real-world operations. My qualitative research focuses on human factors, perceptual fairness, responsivity, and generally, how organizations shape human experience.
I ask questions like how do systems influence behaviour? And where do barriers to fairness emerge? Through this work, I uncover insights that lead to more accountable social structures. If you're curious about these questions too, drop me a line.
As a creator, I turn scholarly insights into practical know-how for individuals and teams navigating complexity. From custom projects and bespoke consultation to building a social enterprise, my work focuses on human-centered design, tools, tips, and strategies that help people lead more examined lives.
If you're looking to overcome a challenge or want to explore new opportunities, book a discovery call with me and learn how I might support your mission.
My reflexivity journal, MotionMic., is designed to help you gain insights that spark reflection, strengthen narratives, and transform how you think, lead, and grow—one step at a time.
